WR Consulting Released ZoneTick World Time Zone Clock 3.6

ZoneTick software updates improvements in version 3.6 include:
- An option to provide customer-supplied default.ini file during installs or updates.
- An option in ini file to completely disable the update feature which would gray out UI elements and remove the "Check for update" menu.
- Additional checkbox in the user interface of ZoneTick Preferences, which defines whether to check for updates or not.
