By downloading or using Zone Tick, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Zone Tick is a family safety application that provides live location sharing, SOS alerts, crash and fall detection, geofencing, daily check-ins, and family circle management.

3. Emergency Services Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Zone Tick is NOT a replacement for traditional emergency services. Always call your local emergency number (000, 911, 999, etc.) directly in life-threatening situations. We cannot guarantee 100% reliability — technology may fail due to network, device, or other issues.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate emergency contact information
• Keep the app updated to receive the latest safety features
• Grant required device permissions (location, notifications)
• Use the service responsibly and lawfully
• Do not misuse emergency features or send false alerts
• Maintain device battery and network connectivity

5. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Charges occur at the start of each billing period
• Cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play account settings
• Refunds are subject to the respective app store policies
• Prices may vary by region

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Zone Tick to:

• Send false emergency alerts
• Stalk, harass, or track someone without their consent
• Reverse engineer or attempt to compromise the app
• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zone Tick Pty Ltd provides this service "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for service interruptions, emergency alert failures, or any damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and trademarks associated with Zone Tick are the exclusive property of Zone Tick Pty Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend accounts for violations of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
