You can request deletion of your Zone Tick account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains how to submit a request and what happens next.
How to request deletion
- Email us from the address linked to your Zone Tick account.
- Use the subject line Zone Tick Account Deletion Request.
- Include your registered email address and full name so we can verify ownership.
Or send your request manually to privacy@zonetick.com.
What we delete
When your request is verified and processed, we delete account-related data such as:
- Account profile (name, email, phone number, profile photo)
- Emergency contacts and family circle membership
- Location history, geofences, and live location sharing data
- Alert history, check-ins, and in-app safety activity
- App preferences and settings stored for your account
What may be retained
- Records we must keep for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes
- Information already contained in anonymised analytics that cannot identify you
- Backup copies for up to 30 days while deletion is completed across our systems
Processing time
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and associated data have been deleted.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Zone Tick account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel your subscription in your device's store settings before or after requesting deletion.
